Another Meager Harvest

Unfortunately, the harvest hasn't really picked up this past week.  But at least we are enjoying somethings from the garden.  The late start to spring this year has really delayed our harvest of greens as well.  On the bright side, our first heads of bok choy should be ready to pick in a week or two, which reminds me that I desperately need to sow more seeds soon, like my parsnips, turnips and more Asian greens.

  1. The spring really slowed my harvest down too. Last year I got my first greens harvest two weeks earlier than this year.

  2. Your harvest looks wonderful to me. I think we are all off to a late start this year. I just transplanted my greens into the garden this week and it will be a while before I can enjoy fresh salads.

  4. Pretty salad greens, most of my lettuces are running out of steam and bolting except Romaine.

  5. So pretty! I just love how purple mizuna perks up a green salad.
